
FDM is a union of motor vehicle owners. Their clients are private individuals that pay an annual subscription to gain access to FDM’s services. Being an member, they get legal counseling regarding all matters that involve a purchase, insurance, mortgage and maintenance of a car or motorcycle. FDM has another department that takes care of travel matters, selling special discounts to members and giving tips. They also produce a monthly newsletter, where the subscribers can have access to discounts on car products, all kinds of services for vehicles (such as maintenance and gasoline), shop advice, and the like. TeleFaction measures the satisfaction and loyalty levels in all of the contact points within FDM – allowing FDM to be able to ensure that they uphold high levels of Loyalty and Customer Retention.
